Learn how to grow native plants successfully, how to capture rain water to help natives survive through the summer, and how to include wildflowers that will come back each year bringing beneficial insects to your garden.

Radhika Thekkath, is a retired computer scientist who worked in the tech industry for many years. She has been an active board member of the Santa Clara Valley Chapter of the California Native Plant Society for several years and is currently the Board President. Her interests encompass medicinal plants, sustainable buildings, and permaculture-based regenerative living. She is passionate about preserving the remaining Bay Area flora and fauna for future generations to enjoy and is also an advisory Board member for the Committee for Green Foothills.
