Kiwi is a prominent Floral Artist in the Bay Area with over 30 years experience in floral design. She has been a major contributor to Bouquets to Art, Holidays on a High Note at the Circus Club in Atherton, the Annual Fall Antiques Show at Fort Mason. In addition, her work has been displayed at the De Saisset Museum at Santa Clara University and the Filoli Flower Show each spring.
Kiwi holds teacher’s degrees in two Schools of Ikebana – Sogetsu and Wafu; is a member of WAFA (World Association of Floral Artists) and has exhibited in Boston and Dublin, Ireland for WAFA, and at the Bagatelle in Paris. Most recently, Kiwi completed the vigorous year-long program in modern floral design as practiced in Europe and received the designation of EMC, as a holder of a European Master Certificate, in the program which culminated in 5 days of testing in Brugge, Belgium. Kiwi is a National Garden Club Master Flower Show Judge and has her own business - teaching and working with private clients for their special events.
We are going to try selling the arrangements differently this time with all proceeds going to the Garden Club general fund.
