We are delighted to welcome San Francisco Bay Area gardening guru, Bob Tanem to our meeting. Bob’s weekly KSFO 560 radio call-in show runs from 8:00 - 10:00am on Sunday mornings. Bob will give us some general information about gardening and then we can “Ask Bob Tanem” questions - from how to grow what you bought at our plant sale to whether there really are any plants that are deer and gopher resistant to when should you just give up on a specific plant.

Bob has written several books on gardening in our area: “Annuals for Northern California”, “Perennials for Northern California”, “Trees and Shrubs for Northern California” and “Gardening Month by Month in Northern California”.

Guests are welcome - there is a $5 fee for non-members. Judy Hogan, Program Chair
